III.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish effective communication channel with customer and sales, to find out the real requirements from customer
• Finish customer requirement input and feasibility study individually
• Conduct new product development according to New Product Development Procedure
• Analyze the feasibility of Engineering Change and follow the change
• Structure analysis and optimize for mass produced products
IV.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ year experience on mechanical structure design
• Experience on microswitch design is preferred
V.EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Design or Mechanical Automation
• Could use Creo skilled on product design
• Good command in Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Can read mail in English, fluent oral speaking will be preferred
