职位介绍

岗位职责：
1.从概念到生产阶段，与各团队联系，准备产品计划，产品规格，和组件评估监控进度，确保所有项目的里程碑/可交付成果能够按时交付，并确保与成本预期一致
2.创造性地思考，与团队合作，识别问题，风险，现有的和提出的解决问题的解决方案的好处，以及过程/操作改进的机会;
3.准备战略计划/文件，业务分析和相关文件;
4.为团队提供项目管理指导，并根据初级团队成员的技能和经验水平委派项目任务
5.负责带领技术研发团队完成自动化设备的研发设计及设备维修；
6.安排部门研发人员的工作任务和绩效考核
1.Liaise with various team to prepare product planning, product specification, and components Estimation from concept through the production stage Monitor progress, ensure the milestones/deliverables could be delivered on time for all projects, and ensure alignment with cost expectations;
2.Think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions for problem-solving, as well as opportunities for process/operation improvements;
3.Prepare strategic plan/documentation, business analysis, and related documentation;
4.Provide project management guidance to the team and delegate project tasks based on junior team members’ skill sets and experience levels
5. Responsible for leading the technical R&D team to complete the R&D and design of automation equipment and equipment maintenance;
6. Arranged the work tasks and performance assessment of the department's R&D staff
任职要求：
1.有丰富的机械研发相关经验和带团队经验；
2.能熟练操作Solidwork（或Pro/E.UG）.AutoCAD等常用绘图软件及办公软件；
3.理论知识和专业知识过硬，熟悉设备加工工艺和材料选用；
