Responsibilities
1.Overseas Global Quality management.
2.Be a key member of the organization to improve their current product management system.
3.Consistently work with several internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production.
4.Establish the company’s quality objectives for each relevant department, put specific KPIs in place and ensure that teams are meeting expectations.
5.Ensure that the company matches their quality control standards and constantly looking for ways to improve them.
6.Be the point person for the company’s team building, department organization, optimization and efficiency.
7.Be the leader as the contact point with customer’s quality issues.
8.Put practices in place that concern several possible scenarios regarding production errors, accidents, investigations, or any other main issue.
9.Maintain strong channels of communication with clients as well to ensure that the production process meets expectations.
Requirements
1.Undergraduate degree in manufacturing, mechanics, sustainability, or a related discipline.
2.Minimum of 5 years in senior quality control management in the manufacturing sector.
3.Knowledge of quality management, engineering and logical problem-solving skills.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5.Strong understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TQM and ISO systems.
