Main responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain the whole plant lean system.
1、建立并维护全厂精益体系。
2. Work with other departments to achieve goals in areas such as (but not limited to) plant layout, organization structure, rationalization, workflow, product launch, quality, safety, productivity.
2. 与其他部门合作，实现（但不限于）工厂布局、组织结构、合理化、工作流程、产品投放、质量、安全、生产力等方面的目标。
3. Conduct internal lean activities with exact time schedule and project track and improve lean performance.
3、按照准确的时间安排和项目跟踪开展内部精益活动，提高精益绩效。
4. Forming plans for improving the productivity, leverage best practices (LEAN/ Kaizen) to drive success in join productivity event.
4. 制定提高生产力的计划，利用***实践（精益/Kaizen）来推动加入生产力活动的成功。
5. Organize internal training to ensure all employees being clear with manufacturing lean knowledge and skills, thus build lean culture in the company.

6. Coordinate to achieve short and long-term manufacturing goals.

7. Report periodically on achievement of goals based on productivity and Lean Assessment metrics.

Requirement
1. Bachelor’s Degree, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, or with education and training in the Toyota Production System are preferred.
1. 本科学历，工业工程或机械工程等相关专业，或受过丰田生产系统教育和培训者优先。
2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment and at least 1 years direct leading lean projects.

3. Understanding and passion for Lean management, as developed within the Toyota Production System. Strong understanding and ability to implement Lean Principles and Tools.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence the behavior of peers and other outside the direct reporting line;
